Can I cancel my order?
We pick and pack our orders immediately to ensure quick shipment, if you would like to cancel or amend your order please email us and we will do our best to help right away.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We pick our orders immediately so in most cases orders between Monday and Friday are shipped same day. Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, will be delivered within the next 1-2 business days. Deliveries within Europe: All orders placed before 4 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 3 to 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Benelux - Free above 100 euro Europe Zone 1 - Free above 100 euro.

What is your return policy?
We design our products to be loved for a lifetime, if you don’t please do not worry. We offer 14 days return of any unused Bellamy Gallery item. We do not refund postage costs. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will be happy to provide you return instructions.

Can I return my order to one of your Bellamy Gallery stores?
No problem, you are more than welcome to come and visit. Please contact us to receive return instructions and opening hours.

Can I exchange my item?
We happily offer exchange or refund when the product is defected or damages. If you do not like the colour or require a different size we accept exchanges for any unworn Bellamy Gallery item within 14 days of receipt. Please note, all return shipping costs are at your own cost.

What payment options do we have?
PayPal, iDeal, Bank, Amex Creditcard, Visa Creditcard, Mastercard Creditcard, Sofort Banking.

Can I request a VAT invoice?
Your Bellamy Gallery invoice should always be included in the order confirmation email. If not, please contact us with your order number and we will send a new copy to you.

Where do we produce our collections?
We only source & produce our collections here in Europe to ensure we receive the highest quality pieces, support local craftsman, and ensure we sell our collections for the lowest price. Period. End of Discussion.

What materials do we use?
We use the best European sourced materials possible, from Mohair, merino wool, cashmere, baby cashmere, organic cotton, tencel and more.
